Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have registered through the Platform. Under this policy: 1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 3 days of availing the services . However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the registered required services have been communicated to such related departments / Doctor(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process. 2. BLYNZO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests if the Doctors / and other registered departments started the process and there is no delay or deny by the such department / Doctors. 3. In case of not entertaining the same day or if not adjusted your registered service request for next day by the doctor, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the Doctors / Customers listed on the Platform, has clarify the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 days of registration of your services on platform. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 4. BLYNZO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will entertain only the payment received on the platform only through payment Gateway, no claim or adjustment will be entertain if the payment deposited cash directly to the Doctor / Customer or at the counter of the Doctor / Customer 5. In case of complaints regarding the services on platform will found false your claim will be rejected please refer the actual issue to them. 6. In case of any refunds approved by BLYNZO INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you
